  1. He is right tho I hate the gym so much and my best friend of 12 years is my personal trainer and I wanna break off our friendship everytime she said „come one just another set u got it!“ but I still go to the gym at least three times a week because I love to eat sooo much …life’s hard

  2. i can so agree with kim jong kook working out dose make your problems go away!! because its a sign of getting over what was holding you back what keeps you bound. Working out is the best decsion i ever made!! im happy and content with my life then i was before. thanks for this

  3. What Jong Kook said is really true. I eat a LOT and I used to gain enormous weight in just a short span of time. When I started working out, I saw the difference, although I eat more I still lose weight. It’s so nice and also, the pain and sweat makes me more motivated!

  4. I just wanna have, only 1 % of jongkook addiction of workout transfered in me maybe I will be different person hahhaha 😅😅

  5. I do want to work out a lot so I can eat a lot but I struggle with motivation due to depression and other issues. I hope it will change soon next year..

  10. Working out helps a lot especially if u had a cheat meal/day… you can feel more energized during your next workout and hit some PRs… working out helps sleeping as well and ofc it is good for you
