125 g of cold water, 150 g of cold milk,
Instant Dry 10g
40g sugar, 10g salt,
500g wheat flour (250g bread flour, 250g all-purpose flour can be mixed)
40 g butter
250 g filling butter
Keep all ingredients cold.
Preheat oven to 200 ° C (392 ° F).
Be careful not to melt the butter in summer.
Working at a lower room temperature will yield good results.
If the dough does not flatten out, refrigerate in 20-30 minutes.

빵이 구워질 때 아래에 버터들이 녹으면서 지글지글 튀기듯이 되는데 온도가 조금 낮아서 그런걸까요~~?? 그리고 화면상 굽고나서랑 진열된 빵이랑 조금 다른 것 같은데 윗부분에 하얀가루가 갑자기 생겨서요 뭐 뿌리신걸까요??😊
