I found it ironic that people left comments that So Min was worried about KJK's back due to surgery. He had a lumbar microdisectomy which removes the portion of the herniated disc which heals quickly and the surgery was done over 9 years ago. He lifts weights much heavier than So Min with no complications. The reason why it looks like he is struggling is because the female is supposed to use her own momentum to make the movement more easier. Since So Min isn't a trained dancer, she didn't know this and becomes 'dead' weight.

when i watch this episode, i was worried about jongkook's condition. Seems like somin felt uncomfortable cause of maybe she'll get hate from imma spartace shipper ( I'm their shipper too but sokay it's just a ship ) or feels worried about jongkook's back problem. Since he have slipped disk, i felt sorry to him. Even tho in that performance he ain't stand or squat properly, but I'm glad that he can did it :))) i think he need more rest, and not push himself more pressure since he has hernia which is dangerous for him.

1- Dancing w/ friends vs dancing w/ KJK
I think LKS and YSC purposely failed because they wanted KJK to continue dancing with JSM.
JSM did the more innocent dance with LKS and YSC (not the more intimate dance routine).
2- JSM's weight
A female dancer is pressured to be light in order to move gracefully alone or with a male dancer to lift them and dance together effortlessly. JSM knows it's difficult to lift her with her weight and height, especially since he has a bad back. It's very considerate of her to lose weight for both of them to execute the dance well and not further injure his back.
3- KJK lifting weights vs. lifting JSM
In terms of KJK lifting weights, since he lifts heavy weights for decades, he knows how to position his body when lifting heavy weights. It's different when he is dancing an unknown choreography with someone with an average body type (not light and thin dancer body type), and someone he likes.
Therefore, KJK made adjustments quickly so he protects his back (wider stance, use more leg strength) and performed the dance routine well. KJK encouraged JSM to dance confidently.

I've stopped watching Running Man since Gary left. but then here i am. enjoying back this show when i realized there is special chemistry somin brought into this show. she fits RM very well. im glad she can be mature enough to ignore what the haters said about her.
and now i think i started to love every moment when somin and jungkook getting together Lol
